| The course is offered by Mary Mathew,
with a diplom of Yogashiromani, who has been practising and giving
training for more than 20 years. |
| She is originally from Kerala, India, the land of the
Rishis and Sages and the birth place of Yoga and Ayurveda. |
| There are courses for beginners, and advanced. |
| Regular time for courses are once in week for two months.
The people who come for ayurvedic treatment can practise Yoga if they
wish. |
