Ayurveda and Yoga are intensically connected with each other. Yoga is a life style, which helps to lead a healthy and happy life. It helps for elimination of different diseases, rejuvenation: it makes the body flexible and supple.

Through meditation you can achieve peace and harmony, root out diseases, sharpen the intelligence, strengthen your mind, and enhance your bodily beauty.


Course Details

The course is offered by Mary Mathew, with a diplom of Yogashiromani, who has been practising and giving training for more than 20 years.
She is originally from Kerala, India, the land of the Rishis and Sages and the birth place of Yoga and Ayurveda.

There are courses for beginners, and advanced.
Regular time for courses are once in week for two months. The people who come for ayurvedic treatment can practise Yoga if they wish.
